School Fund Mission Statement

Adwick Primary School Fund will be used for any monies which come into school, which are not normally passed through the school’s budget.

The School Fund is supported by donations, fund raising activities and parental contributions.

Any money raised for the school will be used to subsidise school trips and to provide extra items which would not normally be funded through the budget, e.g.

  • Uniform

  • Educational equipment and books

  • Specialist activities to enhance curriculum provision

  • Playground equipment

  • Gifts for volunteers/leavers/sickness (maximum monetary limit of £30

Whilst the above list is not exclusive, any items or activities not included should be approved by the Headteacher on their individual merit.

The School Fund will be externally audited every year and the accounts presented to the governors.​
