Our Curriculum Offer

At Adwick Primary School, we are dedicated to providing an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. Our curriculum is designed to inspire curiosity, foster a love of learning, and equip our students with the skills and knowledge they need to be 21st century learners. We are committed to nurturing confident, resilient learners who are well-prepared for the challenges of the future.

We offer a broad and balanced curriculum that covers the National Curriculum requirements while also reflecting the unique needs and interests of our community. Our curriculums are coherently planned and sequenced in order to facilitate learning that is free of academic gaps and needless repetition. They are designed to build upon previously taught skills and knowledge. This provides the children with cumulatively sufficient knowledge and skills they need for future learning and prepares them for transition between key stages.

We believe that a strong partnership with parents and the community is essential for our students’ success. We invite parents to engage with us in their child’s learning journey and participate in school events and activities. Together, we can help our children grow into compassionate and capable individuals ready to make a positive impact in our community and beyond.
